Just finished your wonderful essay on Women&#039;s Casual TV Wear:
while Bert read the script advertising Raoul Merton 707&#039;s (yes, shoes named for a jetplane)
Graham jumped on his back, and Bert completely ignored him, finishing the script straightfaced, while the audience (home and studio) was convulsed.  Letterman is NOBODY compared to that, and we got it nightly.
On that knitwear book, the model is Brian Naylor.</description>
